Your company will be presenting at NABCEP CE Conference, what is it that makes this an important event for your company?
Victron is based in Holland, and this will be Victron Energy’s first appearance at NABCEP. While we have been selling in North America for over ten years primarily to the mobile market, we are now introducing UL certified products to North America for the first time in our 44 year history. We sell our wares globally on virtually every continent.
What can an attendee to your presentation expect to learn this year?
The presentations will essentially highlight the MPPT charge controllers, inverter/chargers and accessories that are used in various off grid, self-consumption and grid-tied back up battery-based applications.
Any new or recently released products you will be showcasing?
Yes, Victron Energy is constantly innovating and introducing new products each year since its founding.
When you get a chance to walk the exhibit hall floor yourself, what is it you will be most interested to see?
This is an opportunity to see where we stand in the battery based power conversion industry, codes and regulations. It is also an opportunity to explore how we can work together with different battery chemistries and address competing technologies.
When you book for an event like this what are your expectations and what does your company hope to accomplish at the event?
We hope to garner better brand recognized and have installers and dealers engage with us intimately. We want to be supportive and accommodative to the industry and provide smart and reliable solutions for the plethora of battery based applications in this demanding and growing marketplace in North America.
