Tell us about your company.
Founded in 1996, Shoals is a privately held firm with it’s headquarters located in Portland, TN. With over 25 GW+ of Electrical Balance of System (“EBoS”) products deployed globally since its’ founding, Shoals is the global leader in innovation and maintains a diverse portfolio of EBoS components.
Your company will be exhibiting at SPI 2018, what is it that makes this an important event for your company?
SPI is an important event for our company because it allows us to showcase new product innovations to our customer base all in the same place. Having the ability to meet with dozens of our clients in one setting allows us to accomplish a lot within a three day period.

Shoals will be showcasing our BLA, which is widely being adopted by leading EPC’s globally for its ease of installation and construction labor savings.
When you get a chance to walk the exhibit hall floor yourself, what is it you will be most interested to see? Any educational sessions you plan on attending?
We are most interested in seeing the innovative products and services that help streamline PV projects and ways for Shoals to integrate our product offerings to reduce overall CAPEX and OPEX costs.
When you book a booth for a tradeshow like this what are your expectations and what does your company hope to accomplish at the event?
Our expectations are to expand our customer base and new opportunities by meeting with existing and prospective clients to help solve current issues with our innovative solutions.
A tradeshow of this magnitude is extremely busy and stressful for the staff of exhibiting companies. Any fun things or places your team can suggest in Anaheim to help unwind?
Disneyland is a great place to unwind and have a little fun. Of course, we annually host a Shoals party to celebrate another successful year of solar with our clients.
